Hi, This is John your Bay Area Wedding DJ,  Sir Dancealot Productions. I realize that choosing your DJ / KJ for your Special Event is extremely important to you. So I feel it's important that you get to know a little about me as a Bay Area Wedding DJ, my experience & background. I've been in the entertainment industry in the Bay Area since 1965, when I started playing guitar and singing. I have played in many local bay area bands, including the Cinnamon Light Bulb, and probably the most popular Band Ivory Tower. I was the lead Singer & Guitarist, and Manager for the band. In the 1970's I performed with several groups in the Bay Area, including Wilcome & Schlicht. We Played for numerous nightclubs, the most notable the Grog & Sirlion in Saratoga.

I later branched out on my own as a Solo Act in the early 1980's. At that time the most popular Clubs where I Played were Dinah's Shack and Chez Louis (Palo Alto). My Show included several Act's, such as an Elvis and Robert Palmer routine.

In 1971 I began my Disc-Jockey Career in the San Francisco Bay Area, performing at Local High Schools, College's, Private Party's and Nightclubs. In the early 1970's I Began Managing and performing in clubs, including Grog & Sirlion, The Chicago Club,Chez Louis,Mac's Tea Room, Towne Oak, Lenny's Bar & Grill, and Grand Palace in Sunnyvale Just to name a few.

In the early 1980's I set up and Operated the First Disc Jockey School at Showcase Music Institute. (The First Disc-Jockey Training School in the Western United States). In the late 1980's I added Karaoke.

My Purpose and Mission in Business, is to provide you, the Client, with the very best in Quality Bay Area Wedding DJ entertainment. I also tell all my Bride & Grooms that it's your Day, and it should be your Way. Next to having a Baby, your Wedding is usually the Second most important day of your lives.  I take my responsibility to serve you in the very same light.

I chose my profession because it's truly what I love. As I tell all my clients, I do what I love, and I love what I do. I hope this helps you to get to know a little more about me, and I look forward to helping you make your Special Day be all you Dreamed it could be.
